The Recruit To-Do List

If you are reading this, then you have no doubt been accepted into the first division's ranks. Congratulations and welcome to the first.

Before you begin posting in on topic threads, however, there are a few things that you should do...

All that we require, when you get down to it, is two things from you:
1. Prove your worth as a warrior
2. Prove your skills in RP

Here's the way to do it:
1. Fight in The Proving Grounds: This is required of each new member and should be among the first things you do. To start, make a post in the proving grounds about your character arriving there and a preexisting member who has agreed to attend to your spar will post after you. Your spar will be over with the member believes that you have enough experience in a one on one RP situation to function in this division. The member may give notes here and there in OOC (Out Of Character for those who don't know) to tell the recruit where they can improve.

2. Fill out the First Division Member Profile and submit your zanpakutou in the Zanpakutou Submission Thread. These are not required for the spar in the Proving grounds but are necessary for other divisional activity. We highly recommend that you fill each out ASAP.

Here in the First, we use a system known as RYC (Rate Your Character) that shall be the key building blocks for your profile. If you are unable to download it, send a message to the captain and he will make one for you based on what you want for your character.
