Reporting Out/Retirment

This thread serves as a tool for keeping track of divisional activity much like the Reporting In thread. Here you will post your leaving from divisional activity for whatever reason or just plain retiring. This helps keep track of the divisional ranks and thus keeps a cleaner division. Make sure to post here if you're about to be inactive for long periods of time!!
